  • Monitor Sales: Continually monitors sales and activities of each account and keeps communication with the manufacturers and stores at the highest level to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Education: Educate clients about current and future products to create long term selling relationships. Also, Caprice attends shows/conferences/seminars on the clients behalf with the purpose of networking with current and future clients.
  • Project Management
    • Direct Sales Support: Many companies depending on their current infra structure hire Caprice Pharmaceutical Agencies Ltd. to sell directly to the clientele. This involves education, demos, literature, sample support and the selling process. This is similar to a company with its own representative.
    • Indirect Sales Support: Companies due time and education concerns will hire Caprice Pharmaceutical Agencies Ltd. to be responsible for education, demos, literature and samples, but stipulate all orders be processed through their representatives and/or master distributor.
