Overview
We are a manufacturer's agent for product developers (Food, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, Animal, Agricultural) and for alternative care/companion animal manufacturers and distributors in Ontario, Canada, including Toronto. We have 25 years of experience in this area and bachelor of science in agriculture (food and diary science).
In certain instances, we act as a manufacturer's agent representing product developers to create (or modify) formulas for manufacturers in the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical/nutraceutical, and agricultural industry. Also, we represent alternative care/companion animal manufacturers and distributors by selling and educating to the health food retailers and professional clinics.
We do not carry its own private line, but instead, believes that acting as a manufacturer's agent requires a full focus on the manufacturer's product.

Services
Some of the services we provide are as follows:
- Sales Strategies: To analyze, develop and implement sales strategies to sell specialized products at defined profiled progressive accounts
- Case Analysis: Using past experience and primarily case analysis to develop for clients a potential sales/marketing strategy to sell their product in Ontario, Canada.
- Monitor Sales: Continually monitors sales and activities of each account and keeps communication with the manufacturers and stores at the highest level to ensure successful outcomes.
- Education: Educate clients about current and future products to create long term selling relationships. Also, we attend shows/conferences/seminars on the clients behalf with the purpose of networking with current and future clients.
- Project Management:
- Direct Sales Support: Many companies depending on their current infra structure hire us to sell directly to the clientele. This involves education, demos, literature, sample support and the selling process. This is similar to a company with its own representative.
- Indirect Sales Support: Companies due time and education concerns will hire us to be responsible for education, demos, literature and samples, but stipulate all orders be processed through their representatives and/or master distributor.
